At Hephaestia SARL, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom creative solutions. Due to the nature of our work, all services are personalized, strategy-based, and involve significant time, effort, and planning. Therefore, our refund policy is strict and clearly outlined below.

1. No Refunds on Advance Payments

All advance payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable. These payments secure project scheduling, creative planning, and resource allocation.

2. No Refunds After Project Completion or Approval

Once a project is completed and approved by the client — or in cases where all deliverables have been provided according to the agreed scope — no refunds will be issued, regardless of subsequent change of mind, rebranding, or other internal decisions.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where no substantial work has been initiated and both parties agree in writing to terminate the collaboration. Any such decision remains at the sole discretion of Hephaestia SARL.
