4. Project Ownership & Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Clients retain full ownership of final deliverables upon full payment.

• Hephaestia SARL reserves the right to showcase completed projects (or parts of them) in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.

5. Client Engagement Terms

All projects are initiated through written agreements or proposals outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.
Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required to begin work.

• Delays caused by the client (lack of feedback, late content delivery, etc.) may affect final delivery timelines.

• Hephaestia reserves the right to decline or terminate a project if obligations are not met.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of our work, payments made are non-refundable once a project has begun.
In the event of project cancellation by the client, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

7. Liability

Hephaestia SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website content.
We strive for excellence but do not guarantee specific business outcomes unless stated in writing.
